Twin Spirits Yoga, LLC was founded in 2003 by Joan Hendrickson and Marisa Smith.
Mother and daughter were reunited in Montana because of their dual pregnancies, and had their children, Morgan and Maya, on the same day.   They decided to name their new yoga venture in honor of them.

Biography for Lauren Rae Bleck
Stemming from a background of yoga in college at Colorado State University, Lauren began yoga with the intention of helping her performance as a downhill mountain bicycle racer, purely physical. After several years of practice, intensifying her muscle tone and stretching abilities, she found herself traveling to India just to backpack around and explore the middle east. She found her guru in Varanasi, India, at the market and ended up traveling with him back up north to study under his direction and ended up staying at his ashram for two months.
Acquiring her Registered Yoga Teacher Alliance certificate under his 200 hours of instruction, she found a different side, a more spiritual and connected side of yoga, and is fortunate enough to this day to share it with the communities she lives in.
Lauren enjoys sharing meditation and inner guidance to her students, and will occasionally step it up for the more physical side to power yoga and core training.
Lauren also practices the energetic healing that is Reiki and is available for consultations.

Goodman Massage Therapy

Cheryl W. Goodgman graduated from Health Works Institute in Bozeman, MT in 2003, and  has been nationally ceritfied by NCBTMB since 2004, and   licensed by the great state of Montana since 2010.

Her massage style draws upon an eclectic mix of the modalities offered in massage school as well as methods learned throught NCBTMB and approved continuing education classes.  Each massage is tailored to the individual client's needs.  Cheryl says her goal is to meet each client where they are at that moment within their body, and with this communication create a massage that is in alignment with those parameters.

Modalities employed include elements of:  Swedish Massage & Sports Massage, (NMT) Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger point work, CranioScaral Therapy I, Strain Counterstrain I & II for the Spine and Extremities, and Ortho-Bionomy phase four for the Spine.*

*Not intended to imply that therapist is a certified practicioner except at this level.
